If the spouses of foreign nationals such as the British, English, United Kingdom, Irish, Belgian, Netherland, French, Russian, Austrian, Saudi Arabian, Afghan, Syrian, Algerian, Australian, Azerbaijani, Canadian, Danish, Egyptian, Greek, Indonesian, Iranian, Israeli, Italian, Japanese, Kazakhstani, Kuwaiti, Lebanese, New Zealand, Norwegian, Philippine, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Swiss, Tunisian, Turkmen, Ukrainian and German citizens residing in Bodrum, Yalıkavak, Turgutreis, Kadıkalesi, Torba, Gümbet, Yalıçiftlik, Kızılağaç, Mumcular, Ortakent, Yahşi, Bitez, Konacık, Göltürkbükü, Gündoğan, Gümüşlük, Güvercinlik, Güllük, Boğaziçi and Tuzla are Turkish citizens and if they hold a General Health Insurance, meaning they are either employees or employers, then the foreign national spouses can benefit from their spouses’ insurance, hence they do not need to purchase a private health insurance policy while they reside as foreign nationals in Bodrum.
