Consumer Rights in Bodrum Turkey
There are certain legal and administrative regulations for protection of consumers in Turkey, it is recommended to learn about these rights as consumers. All foreigners such as Azerbaijani citizens, Canadian citizens, Danish citizens, Egyptian citizens, Greek citizens, Indonesian citizens, Iranian citizens, Israeli citizens, Italian citizens, Japanese citizens, Kazakhstani citizens, Kuwaiti citizens residing in Bitez, Konacık, Göltürkbükü, Türkbükü, Gölköy, Gündoğan, Güvercinlik, Güllük, Boğaziçi, Tuzla, Milas or Akyarlar, Gümüşlük are entitled to ask the seller to inform you about a product or a service (product specifications, price etc.) before purchasing it. Depending on the nature of the product you purchase, the seller is responsible for maintenance and repair for a certain period (see the warranty certificate of the product for details). The seller such as Lebanese citizens, New Zealand citizens, Norwegian citizens, Philippine citizens, Portuguese citizens, Spanish citizens, Swedish citizens, Swiss citizens, Tunisian citizens, Turkmen citizens, Ukrainian citizens and German citizens residing in Yalıkavak, Bodrum, Turgutreis, Gümüşkaya, Kadıkalesi, Kıyıkışlacık, Torba, Gümbet, Yalıçiftlik, Kızılağaç, Mumcular, Ortakent or Yahşi are responsible for delivering the product or service under the terms specified beforehand in the agreement.
