What does a Notary or Notarized Translation mean in Bodrum ?
A notarized translation or interpretation means that a professional translator or interpreter made the translation, and that the translation accurately expresses the original. All documentations must be sealed and signed by the translation suppliers in order for a translation to be approved as a notary or alias notarized translation or interpretation. We are a Translation & Interpretation Office making in-house affirmation. When your approved translation is already submitted (always by premium delivery as standard) you’ll also receive a Letter of Authentication which is the translation’s legal background and may be asked for.
What does notarisation mean in Bodrum and when is it needed ?
Notarised or alias notary interpretation & translation will be necessary where respectable official transactions require faultless translation, such as proof in a public or criminal case. In order to approve a translation, a sworn translator has to present at a Notary Office and swear before the Notary Public that he / she is a occupational interpreter & translator and that the translation is correct to the best of her / his knowledge. The related Notary Public will seal and affirm or alias confirm the translation or interpretation. You may obtain a photocopy of the approved documentation, which you may need to keep safe, since a new document will have to be approved again and similarly the same total will have to be charged. Certified documentations contain supplement legal fees and are charged per documentation.
