In the event that the 1st application of residence permit, the foreign citizens British citizens, English citizens, United Kingdom citizens, Irish citizens, Belgian citizens, Netherland citizens, French citizens, Russian citizens, Austrian citizens, Saudi Arabian citizens, Afghan citizens, Syrian citizens, Algerian citizens, Australian citizens, Azerbaijani citizens, Canadian citizens, Danish citizens, Egyptian citizens, Greek citizens, Indonesian citizens, Iranian citizens, Israeli citizens, Italian citizens, Japanese citizens, Kazakhstani citizens, Kuwaiti citizens, Lebanese citizens, New Zealand citizens, Norwegian citizens, Philippine citizens, Portuguese citizens, Spanish citizens, Swedish citizens, Swiss citizens, Tunisian citizens, Turkmen citizens, Ukrainian citizens and German citizens have to submit at the related provincial directorship of migration management, where they reside, on the day and time of rendezvous arranged by the data base system. In the event of extending appeals, the necessary documentation should be submitted to the related provincial directorship of migration management, where to reside, as return quittance demanded cargo or post.
